					<description>I think it's that pivoting thing that startups can do that the big guys cannot.  It's not that the big guys cannot make huge leaps it's that they seem to find it hard to do lots of small iterative innovative steps that let them nail down the product market fit before scaling.

But you're right - the tendency of everyone to say Blockbuster was stupid and didn't see the future is wrong.  It's an execution failure not missing vision.</description>
